Sources: Central District US attorney among those applying for federal bench seat

Several high profile candidates, including Central District U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte Jr., have applied for U.S. District Judge Gary A. Feess' seat, according to sources with knowledge of the proceedings.

LOS ANGELES - With U.S. District Judge Gary A. Feess set to take senior status Thursday, the nomination process to fill the soon to be vacant position on the court is in full swing.
