A merger between Comcast and Time Warner Cable would create a nationwide broadband behemoth of unprecedented scope. It would have the power to singlehandedly control the future of media and Internet services in this county. Both the Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission have the power to stop this merger, and they should use it.
