Judge Carolyn Kuhl is a very fine jurist and Mark Pulliam is, of course, entitled to his opinions. ["Restoring the Rule of Law in California," Feb. 25]. However, now that he resides in Texas he should feel quite comfortable with his ultra-conservative opinions. His spin on Gov.
