American Bar Association backs uniform bar exam

The association's House of Delegates urges all states to quickly adopt the national test.

SAN DIEGO - The American Bar Association's House of Delegates approved a resolution Monday calling on all states and territories to expeditiously adopt the uniform bar examination, a move adding momentum to the growing acceptance of the test nationwide.
