Cypress buys Scripps Ranch office for $20 million

Cypress Office Properties principal and co-founder Mark Wayne said the asset was appealing due to the improving submarket and quality tenancy.

San Diego-based Cypress Office Properties LLC has purchased the Willow Creek Corporate Center in Scripps Ranch for $19.75 million.

The three-story, 114,355-square-foot office building is located in the Scripps Ranch Business Park, east of Interstate 15.

Cypress principal and co-founder Mark Wayne said the asset was appealing due to the improving submarket and quality tenancy.
