SANTA ANA - A man who killed a young South Orange County lawyer by injecting her with a cocaine overdose will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Orange County Superior Court Judge William R. Froeberg on Friday imposed the maximum sentence of life without the possibility of parole on Shawn Lawrence Putansu, 29, of Garden Grove.
