Commission on Judicial Performance elects chair, vice chair
The commission elected Justice Ignazio J. Ruvolo of the 1st Court of Appeal as its chairperson late last month. Richard Simpson, a retired deputy chief of staff for the Speaker of the California State Assembly, was elected vice chair.
