Garcetti to Ask Court to Stay Gang Injunction

Based on revelations that Los Angeles police may have fabricated testimony to obtain a sweeping injunction against the city's notorious 18th Street gang, the district attorney's office today will ask the Superior Court to stay the injunction for 30 days to give prosecutors time to investigate the allegations of police perjury.
