Probation Officer Wins $3.4M for Wrongful Firing

In an unusual wrongful termination verdict against a judge and county officials, a federal jury in Sacramento has awarded $3.4 million to the former chief probation officer for Lassen County who claimed she was illegally forced to resign from her post.
