Lawyers Sue O.C. Over Reorganized Positions

SANTA ANA - The bargaining association for lawyers who work for Orange County has filed a lawsuit claiming county officials went over its head in reorganizing positions in the district attorney's office, changes some say will throw up roadblocks to promotions for career prosecutors.
