Giving Back to Society

Forum: In the Public Interest By David A. Lash California Business & Professions Code Section 6210, the statute creating the Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts program in California, states it to be the public policy of this state to expand the availability and improve the quality of free civil legal services to the indigent. Attorneys have the power to do more to further this policy than at perhaps any other time in recent memory.
