Former Consultant Sues Pixelon

SANTA ANA - Was it Pixelon or was it Microsoft technology that broadcast live segments of presentations by the Republican National C ommittee to the Internet last August? That question lies at the heart of a wrongful termination suit filed last week against Pixelon Corp. by former employee Gary Devore. Devore v. Pixelon Corp. , 00CC05772 filed May 11, 2000.
