Wealthy Ex-Spouse Funds Disqualification Campaign

The recall effort against three Marin County judges over family law issues isn't the only dispute fracturing the local bench and bar. While signature-gatherers try to collect the 12,000 signatures necessary to place the fates of Superior Court Judges Michael Dufficy, Lynn Duryee and Terrence Boren on the ballot, a lower-profile judicial disqualification case is before the state Supreme Court.
