Parks Functions as Aider and Abettor of Cover-Up
Forum: By Stephen Yagman The paradoxical notion of hiding in plain sight serves LAPD Chief Bernard C. Parks very well, like the federal government classifying as "secret" information that really is not secret, but which the government wants to keep from its public. By this, Parks and those who could prevent Parks from doing this, do a terrible disservice to the public whom the LAPD pledges disingenuously to serve and to protect.
