Services Held for Wishire District Lawyer Howard

Services were held Tuesday for Charles F. Howard, a retired sole practitioner. Howard died May 2. He was 82. Born in Kansas, Howard received his undergraduate education at UCLA and his law degree from USC Law School. His career was temporarily put on hold with the outbreak of World War II, when he served as an officer in the Navy.
