Family of Schizophrenic Sues State Hospital

SAN BERNARDINO - Samuel Elias Rangel spent less than four hours at Patton State Hospital before he died, as orderlies attempted to get him to take medication, said an attorney representing his family in a wrongful death lawsuit against the state.
