Valley Couple Must Pay Back Quake Claim

A Northridge couple who allegedly used $634,000 in insurance proceeds to not only repair but remodel their earthquake-damaged home must return the bulk of the funds to the company and pay $50,000 in punitive damages, a jury has decided.
