Yolo Bench is Getting Fresh Faces

Change is coming to Yolo County.

A wave of retirements and new positions is reshaping the bench of this bucolic county just outside the state capitol of Sacramento.

So much so that by the time Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger leaves office in two years, he will have appointed as many as eight of the county's 11 judges.
