Appellate Court Justice Thomas A. Harris, best known for reversing the conviction of a woman accused of multiple counts of child sex abuse, died Nov. 12 after suffering an aortic aneurysm.
He was 69.
In 1995, Harris - who always prided himself on opinions that ran the ideological gamut - took on the case of a Kern County woman, Donna Sue Hubbard, who had been convicted of 20 counts of molestation 10 ...
