Davis Signs Assault Weapon Bill In Shadow of 101 California
SAN FRANCISCO - Evoking the memories of assault weapon terror - including the 1993 massacre at a San Francisco law firm - Gov. Gray Davis Monday signed what supporters called the country's strictest ban on assault weapons.
