Feinstein Bill Would Preserve The 9th Circuit
WASHINGTON - Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif. - concerned that pending legislation to carve the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals into three adjudicative divisions would hurt the state of California - plans to introduce an alternative bill Monday that would keep the court intact while attempting to address concerns that the court has become too big and is reversed too often by the U.S. Supreme Court.
