Coordination or Unification, It's All Consternation to L.A. Bench
After defusing a potentially explosive debate, Chief Justice Ronald M. George and the state Judicial Court have urged all counties to unify their trial courts and adopted guidelines for the non-unified Los Angeles courts to fully coordinate their administrative and judicial services.
