Bear Stearns Sued Over Stock Drop
Before noon Monday, lawyers at San Diego's Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins had filed a securities fraud class-action complaint against Bear Stearns, the investment firm that was purchased for one-tenth of its Friday trading price in a deal hashed out over the weekend.
