Lawsuit over alleged boxing monopoly tossed

A judge found no evidence that boxers were prohibited from working with outside promoters.

Oscar De La Hoya's boxing promotion enterprise failed to show how a rival's business model constituted a monopoly, prompting a federal judge to dismiss the company's $300 million antitrust lawsuit.
