Downturn in bankruptcy filings in 2016 part of long trend: attorneys

There were fewer bankruptcy cases filed in 2016 than any year since 2006, according to a new report by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.

There were fewer bankruptcy cases filed in 2016 than any year since 2006, according to a new report by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
