When Bruce Simon left Burlingame's Cotchett, Pitre, Simon & McCarthy to open his own office, he said he had received several calls about joining forces with other firms.
Apparently, he wasn't joking: Simon announced last week that he has merged his office with San Fernando Valley firm Pearson, Soter, Warshaw & Penny.
