Judge Will Hear Church's Request

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Louise D. Adler today will consider a request by the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego to seal some files that contain the names of victims of alleged sex abuse and to allow the church to continue paying employees while it goes through Chapter 11 proceedings.
