SACRAMENTO - A federal judge on Wednesday gave the green light to a class action aimed at reforming California's juvenile parole system.
U.S. District Judge Lawrence K. Karlton of Sacramento certified a class of 4,000 juvenile offenders who claim that the system denies them due process.
