Seminal employment dispute set to settle after tragic turn

A dispute that set case law on adjudicating PAGA claims will quietly settle due to grisly death of plaintiff.

Thomas S. Campbell, a plaintiff's employment lawyer at Rasteger & Matern, took a stunning phone call this spring from the wife of Edixon Franco, plaintiff in an 8-year-old lawsuit against his former employer.
