Intersil Corp., a power management solutions company based in Milpitas, named Andrew S. Hughes as the new vice president and general counsel late Monday.

Intersil Corp., a power management solutions company based in Milpitas, named Andrew S. Hughes as the new vice president and general counsel late Monday.
Hughes will replace Thomas C. Tokos, who plans to retire next month after 12 years as general counsel at Intersil.
