Port of Los Angeles fends off claims it ignored air pollution harms in pushing new train and truck facility

Regional air quality regulators, the city of Long Beach and others hope to convince a court next week that the port violated CEQA and needs to do more to rein in air pollution of a $500 million project to be built by BNSF Railway Co.
