Judge denies revival of insurance claims against Metrolink
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge refused to revive insurance companies' claims on Monday that Metrolink train operator Connex Railroad LLC and parent company Veolia Transportation Inc. should return part of a $200 million train crash victim payout due to a train engineer texting at the controls.
