Golden Hill apartment sold for $1.8 million

Built in 1930, the newly upgraded community features six one-bedroom units and one large three-bedroom/two-bath unit.

A 10-unit apartment property at 3036 B Street, San Diego 92102, has been sold for $1.8 million. The buyer was John G. Barthell, trustee of the Barthell Family Trust, Los Angeles.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 539-484-30) was Lebherz Commercial LLC of San Mateo.

Marcus & Millichap's Raymond S. Choi, vice president of investments, and Conor Brennan, investment associate, represented Barthell.
