Senate Judiciary Committee approves LA County judge for a Central District vacancy

The Senate Judiciary Committee sent Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark A. Young to the full Senate for confirmation

Facing what the U.S. Judicial Conference has identified as a "judicial emergency" in several districts, the Senate Judiciary Committee did its part on Thursday, approving five nominees, including Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark A. Young for a Central District vacancy.
