NLRB throws out claims against American Apparel

The labor board tossed with little explanation nine claims by factory workers at bankrupct company

Bankrupt clothing empire American Apparel Inc. dodged last week nine separate National Labor Relations Board complaints filed by workers at the company's Los Angeles factory headquarters.
