Santa Clara County Bar Association honors Judge Stephen V. Manley

Judge Stephen V. Manley will receive the Outstanding Jurist Award from the Santa Clara County Bar Association next week.

Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Stephen V. Manley will receive the Outstanding Jurist Award from the Santa Clara County Bar Association next week.

Manley has spearheaded the creation of a litany of unique courts for citizens with problems that traditional courts have struggled to address.
