Judge reverses course on evidence supression
In an en banc ruling that featured Judge Marsha S. Berzon changing her mind, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined Wednesday to suppress evidence obtained by U.S. Navy investigators against a civilian defendant who was subsequently convicted of crimes.
