SANTA ANA - Orange Superior Court Judge Kirk H. Nakamura's respect for the law grew out of respect for his grandfather. Masaaburo Nakamura, a first-generation Japanese-American, so revered the law that he once wrote a letter of apology after receiving a parking ticket, his grandson said.
