Justices Will Review Ruling Letting Service-Station Owners Sue Oil Firms
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that service station owners could sue Shell Oil and Texaco for allegedly conspiring to fix their gasoline prices.
