Knight Merited Murder Charge, Detective Says

LOS ANGELES - A retired Los Angeles police detective testified Thursday he believed there was sufficient evidence to charge Marion "Suge" Knight with the murder of rival rap impresario Notorious B.I.G. but former District Attorney Gil Garcetti refused to file the case.
