Mayor-Elect Names Five Senior Staffers

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Mayor-Elect Antonio Villaraigosa on Friday named five senior members to his new administration. Robin Kramer will be chief of staff, transition spokeswoman Elena Stern said. Kramer, 52, is director of Villaraigosa's transition team. She was Mayor Richard Riordan's chief of staff from 1995 to 1998.
