Citing Marijuana Decision, Justices Kick Back Ruling on Homemade Machine Guns

WASHINGTON - One week after its medical marijuana ruling reinforced the reach of federal authority under the Commerce Clause, the Supreme Court on Monday vacated and remanded a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision holding that Congress lacked the power to ban the possession of "homemade" machine guns.
