Raich , 03-1454, reversing the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and ruling against medical marijuana patients Angel Raich and Dianne Monson. Speculation about Raich has generated a great deal of confusion about the status of state medical marijuana laws such as California's Proposition 215.
