Panel Says Judge Committed Misconduct

SAN FRANCISCO - Noting he has been disciplined twice for similar misconduct, a panel of special masters has found that Alameda County Superior Court Judge D. Ronald Hyde committed misconduct by telling sexually explicit stories and by ordering court personnel to obtain DMV records of a driver who cut him off.
