Three Officers' Attorneys Seek Dismissal of Case

SAN FRANCISCO - Attorneys for three San Francisco police officers indicted for assault in connection with a Union Street brawl have asked a judge to dismiss the charges, arguing that prosecutors ignored exculpatory evidence and permitted grand jurors to consider inadmissible news reports.
