Bench's 'PC Enforcer' Wins High Praise

MARTINEZ - During her nearly 20 years on the bench in Contra Costa County, Superior Court Judge Barbara Ziga has juggled high-stakes cases in both criminal and civil courts. Since the start of the year she's been back in civil court in Martinez.
