Good Mentoring Shapes Good Future Attorneys

Employment Column - By Deanna Wilkinson - School is out and summer programs have begun at law firms throughout the country. Although each firm strives to provide a unique experience, every summer program has similar components. The program usually lasts 10 to 12 weeks and includes social events, work opportunities in and out of the office and a mentor assigned to each summer associate during her stay at the firm.
