Dodgers Suitor Sues Defunct Battle Fowler

LOS ANGELES - Real estate developer Alan I. Casden, who has expressed interest in buying the Los Angeles Dodgers, has filed a malpractice lawsuit against thirteen lawyers from the now-defunct Battle Fowler, blaming them for his $184 million loss in a class action.
