Oakland firm elects new leader

Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP announced Thursday the election of Richard P. Waxman as the firm's new managing partner.

Oakland law firm Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP announced Thursday the election of Richard P. Waxman as the firm's new managing partner.

Waxman, the most recent chair of the firm's transactions department, will take the helm for a three-year term beginning March 1. He succeeds Daniel Rapaport, who held the post for six years and will continue his litigation practice.
