Judge tentatively sides with San Diego water authority in suit

A judge has tentatively sided with the San Diego County Water Authority in a battle in which it accuses the Metropolitan Water District of Los Angeles of overcharging it for water deliveries.

A judge has tentatively sided with the San Diego County Water Authority in a battle in which it accuses the Metropolitan Water District of Los Angeles of overcharging it for water deliveries. San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Curtis E.A. Karnow ruled that Metropolitan has wrongly allocated costs in some of its water rates in violation of several laws.
